Latino Cultural Connections or "LCC" is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that exists as a resource for members of Tuscarawas County to better understand the Latino community and to provide the children of that community with support through tutoring, social events, and advocacy. Our vision is to bridge the cultural gap through education, friendship and mentorship so that the Latino youth realize their full potential.
